ATU Duty Free thanks staff with ‘LuckyToHaveYou’ campaign

ATU has launched a video to motivate staff during the Covid-19 crisis

ATU Duty Free has dedicated a video to thank its employees at 20 airports in seven countries for their efforts and support during the Covid-19 crisis.

The retailer said its ‘LuckToHaveYou’ film was to motivate staff who had put all their efforts into “carrying out their duties, understand the expectations and requirements of guests and offer solutions that create value”.

Earlier in March, ATU Duty Free officially opened its Luxury Square multi-brand “department store” duty free concept space at Istanbul Airport.

ATÜ Duty Free CEO Ersan Arcan told DFNI at the time: “As a leading organization in duty-free store management, we proceed with our valuable experiences we gained through our operations across the world in the last 20 years in the luxury retail business as well and I am glad to say that we are in a leading position among the companies operating in Europe in this context.”
