Occupational Health and Safety Policy:

 

In addition to our reliable, friendly and customer-focused service approach at international standards that we have created in Duty Free operations, all our employees are responsible for health, safety, environment and security issues as ATU Tourism Management Inc. and ATU Antalya Store Management Inc.. Our aim is to minimize the damage that may occur to our customers, employees and all values​​​​around us as a result of our activities.

As Senior Management of ATU Tourism Management Inc. and ATU Antalya Store Management Inc., our basic policy within the framework of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System is;

  • In order to achieve occupational health and safety goals, by including managers, employee representatives and employees from all levels in occupational health and safety processes; taking into account the ideas and opinions of employees, leading them to take part in decision-making processes on necessary issues, and increasing their awareness and personal skills,
  • Identifying and eliminating danger, risks and near-miss situations in the work environment,
  • To promote the lessons learned and best practices in OHS issues and to disseminate them to all our work areas,
  • Identifying OHS-related opportunities and evaluating them by integrating them into our processes and practices,
  • To create a culture where safe and healthy working habits are internalized and to provide the necessary resources for this purpose,
  • To ensure safe and healthy working conditions, necessary resources and infrastructure investments are made to prevent injuries and health problems arising from our workplace environment and activities by keeping occupational health and safety at the highest level,
  • Within the scope of prevention of occupational accidents and occupational diseases; identifying and eliminating occupational health and safety hazards for all employees and carrying out risk reduction activities, ensuring that employees gain this perspective and adopt an occupational health and safety culture,
  • To ensure compliance with national and international legal regulations and agreements regarding OHS and to comply with standards in all geographies and current operations where we operate,
  • To create and implement occupational health and safety processes and to effectively carry out occupational health and safety processes by constantly interacting with business partners, customers, employees, subcontractors and suppliers,
  • To regularly measure and review the performance of the occupational health and safety management system and to continuously improve its performance in this area by taking into account the occupational health and safety expectations from employees and relevant parties.
